Scroll of Feather Fall (common)
Bards, Sorcerers, and Wizards can activate the spell magically written into this scroll without the need for material components, and without expending a spell slot to do so. Once the spell is cast, the scroll fades and crumbles to dust. If this level 1 spell is of a higher level than the character can usually cast, they must make a DC 11 Spellcasting ability check to succeed. On a failed check, the spell disappears from the scroll with no other effect. 
 
The necklace is made with hemp cord, and the glass vial containing the spell scroll can be uncorked. The glass vial is 1.5" tall and 1/2" wide. Tied tightly to the vial is a feather charm.
