SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Purchases of $35 or more comes with free (USA domestic) USPS ground shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date if the items are in their original condition. You must contact me within 30 days of the delivery date to make a return or exchange, or it will not be accepted. You will receive a full refund, or an exchange item will be shipped to you, once I have received the returned merchandise and confirmed its condition.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost of an exchange.

Cancellations are only accepted before a purchase has been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, you must contact me before your order is shipped.

Discounted items are final sale, and not eligible for returns or refunds.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact me immediately. If you send me proof of the item's defect or damage (i.e. pictures and/or video) within 14 days of the delivery date, you can request a replacement or full refund at my discretion.

Custom charm bracelets are returnable, but all other specialty custom items are not.
