The fishhook earrings are hypoallergenic surgical steel ear wires (nickel-free and lead-free).  The small sword/dagger charms are made of zinc alloy, and are lead and nickel free.  The swords/daggers are 28mm long x 12mm wide (1 1/8"x 4/8").
