Once per turn when you attack a creature with this magic weapon, the sword speaks with a voice similar to your own to hurl enchantment-laced insults at the target. If the creature can hear the insults (though it need not understand the language used), it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 1d4 psych damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn. 
 
The sword, chain, and lobster claw clasp of this necklace are all nickel-free. A D4 hangs with the sword to represent its magical 1d4 psych damage.
